We have policies for the following reasons:
• To fulfil legal/statutory obligations.
• To ensure the aims and objectives of our group are achieved.
• To resolve uncertainty and reduce the risk of things going wrong.
• To ensure any potential issues can be dealt with appropriately and consistently.
Polices are reviewed annually, or sooner of required by new legislation. We also have a named Director and a named Lead member of staff for specific policies, please see below. Signed copies of our policies are kept in the office.
